Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC) Services

HPC services are designed to enhance independence and daily living skills for The Empowered Individuals. Our trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) assist with:

Personal Hygiene : Dressing, bathing, and grooming
Household Chores: leaning, laundry, and home maintenance
Meal Preparation: Ensuring access to nutritious meals
Money Management: Budgeting and paying household expenses
Community Participation: Engaging in social and recreational activities
Medical Appointments: Transportation and support for healthcare visits
Advocacy and Self-Expression: Encouraging individuals to make choices and voice their needs

Day Habilitation Services

Our Day Habilitation Program provides The Empowered Individuals with opportunities for growth, social engagement, and skill-building in a structured, supportive environment. This program includes:

Daily living and vocational skill development
Social and recreational activities
- Fitness & Dance: Stay active and have fun with fitness classes and dance parties
- Creative Arts: Express creativity through diverse art activities
- Field Trips: Enjoy stimulating outings and new experiences.
Self-advocacy and communication support
Volunteer and community involvement opportunities
