School Based Services

Our school-based program is dedicated to providing accessible mental health support directly within the educational environment. By integrating our services into schools, we aim to foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere for students, helping them thrive academically and emotionally.

To achieve this, we assign a Licensed Social Worker and a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist to provide therapeutic support in a school-based setting. Our goal is to help optimize learning for our clients by providing classroom support and conducting observations to understand behavioral patterns. This enables us to identify triggers and create comprehensive treatment plans with parental and school involvement.

It’s a team effort, and we are excited to work together to support the students. Our ultimate aim is to create a seamless support system that addresses the mental health needs of students, helping them achieve their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.

Crisis Intervention

Our crisis intervention services provide immediate support and stabilization for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. Our dedicated team responds promptly, ensuring safety and addressing urgent needs effectively. Services include:

  • Immediate assessment and evaluation of the crisis

  • De-escalation techniques to manage distress

  • Development of a stabilization plan

  • Coordination with emergency services if needed

  • Short-term counseling and emotional support

  • Follow-up care to monitor progress

  • Collaboration with families, schools, and community resources
